I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and attention to detail that this hotel provided for my elderly parents. From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the heating enveloped us, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were exceptional, with a wide variety of options and the added bonus of real milk in the fridge. the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, free from any disturbances. the free toiletries were of high quality, and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a hot beverage at any time. the carpeted floor added an extra level of comfort, and the proximity to charming cafes and restaurants like the Coffee House and the Wine Kitchen made exploring the local area a delight. Overall, our experience at this hotel far exceeded our expectations, providing exceptional service and amenities that truly made our stay unforgettable.
